‘Roundabout’ construction scheduled to begin in April

Peterson residents should expect traffic detours. Starting in mid-April, Tierra Vista Communities will begin construction of a new roundabout on Peterson AFB as a way to smooth base traffic flow.

The ‘roundabout’ will be located at the intersection of Stewart Avenue and Malmstrom-East Stewart Avenue and take approximately four months to complete.

During construction, detours will allow access to surrounding areas and buildings. Road closures and traffic interruptions will be advertised on the Tierra Vista Communities Web site, www.tierra-vista.com.
