Guests of “Day of the Dead” beer dinner are welcomed and encouraged to wear their best themed costumes to supper. Grand prize wins a date night for two with special chef’s menu and pairings.

Course One | porchetta di testa with risotto and PCBC American Lager
Course Two | bangers with gnocchi and beer cream with PCBC English Pale Ale
Course Three | housemade bacon wrapped porkloin stuffed with squash chutney and cream cheese served over grit and voodoo sauce with PCBC Dortmunder Lager
Course Four | Zampone sausage over artisan mixed greens and warm bacon vinaigrette with PCBC Grapefruit Hefeweizen
Dessert | candied belly with whipped pork fat and beer infused dark chocolate gelato with PCBC Smoked Porter
