Marksheffel Road Construction
El Paso County will continue phased widening of Marksheffel Road between US 24 and Drennan Rd. along with intersection improvements south of Drennan Road through Mesa Ridge Parkway. The road closure between Peterson East and Drennan Rd will remain in effect as crews realign dangerous curves and lay new asphalt. However, this section of the project will remain as a two lane road, the new alignment and surfaces will greatly enhance the safety of this section of the corridor.
