Housing residents have voice through survey

FORT CARSON, Colo. — I would like to take a moment and ask you to please complete the 2022 Army Housing Tenant Satisfaction Survey that will start on Tuesday and run through Feb. 24. The Army wants to hear directly from you on what you value most about on-post housing as well as the issues, concerns, and recommendations to make it better. This is the most important survey we do all year, and your feedback influences how Fort Carson Family Homes supports our Soldiers and Families in the future.

Residents with a current email account on file with Fort Carson Family Homes will receive an email from CEL & Associates to link to the survey. Please take a moment to find the email and complete the five-minute survey.

The survey link will be sent from ArmyHousingSurvey@celassociates.com Tuesday. Tenants who do not have an email account on file can call Fort Carson Family Homes at 719-579-1606, so they can update your email information.

The feedback provided will guide the Army and Fort Carson Family Homes in developing future improvements to privatized housing facilities and services. Topics covered in the survey include resident experience with leasing, community management, maintenance and quality of the homes. All survey input is confidential and anonymous. Residents are encouraged to provide open and honest feedback.
