Butts Road Repaving

FORT CARSON, Colo. — A project to repave Butts Road between Wilderness and Warfighter roads begins June 13, 2022. Concurrently, a new traffic signal will be installed at the intersection of Warfighter and Butts roads to decrease traffic congestion.

Commuters to the 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team and 4th Combat Aviation Brigade footprints will be detoured onto the newly constructed Kamdesh Road to bypass the construction zone. Drivers can expect delays. The repaving project is slated for completion by the end of July 2022. (Dates are subject change.)
